B&B Bed and Breakfast Accommodation and Grounds

With 8 superior double bedrooms, 5 of which are ensuite and capable of configuration as family rooms, FREE wireless broadband, secure off-road parking and overnight stabling, Linford Stables bed & breakfast provides ideal B&B overnight accommodation for tourists, business guests working away from home and horse riders competing at nearby Addington Manor Equestrian Centre.

The main farmhouse bed & breakfast accommodation comprises 4 spacious double bedrooms, one of which is ensuite and can be configured as a family room. A warm and welcoming farmhouse kitchen connects to two separate hallways providing access to the bed & breakfast guest rooms.

A modern chalet style annexe next to the main farmhouse B&B provides additional superior guest accommodation in 4 large double rooms. All rooms are all one one level for easy disabled access, each with its own double-leaf French doors for added privacy, vaulted ceiling, pine floor, beams, double or twin beds, colour TV, hairdryer, tea + coffee, quality linens and towels, ensuite shower room with power shower. Extra beds can be added to provide family room accommodation.

Ample secure off-road hard-standing / parking can accommodate 10+ cars, horseboxes and larger vehicles. The proprietor of Linford Stables (Gail-Storm) trained in garden design under the tutelage of Chelsea Gold Medal Garden Designer David Stevens and as a result we are often complemented on the the gardens at Linford Stables. Bed & breakfast guests can relax in our large country garden which has 2 patio areas, 3 lawn areas and extensive flower beds. Stabling and B&B for Horses

Located near Addington Manor Equestrian Centre, Linford Stables bed and breakfast also has stabling for up to 7 horses in a secure gated yard, 4 post and rail paddocks of approximately 8 acres, a 45x25 metre outdoor floodlit arena and horsebox hard-standing parking. In addition to competition livery and schooling, we provide overnight stabling and B&B for visitors with horses competing at Addington Equestrian Centre and Milton Keynes Eventing Centre (MKEC). Bed and Breakfast Tariff

Linford Stables B&B provides high quality yet low cost bed and breakfast accommodation and many guests return regularly to Linford Stables bed and breakfast. Our B&B prices depend on the time of year, whether you are a regular guest (long term and regular B&B guests enjoy discounted bed and breakfast rates), on whether your room is ensuite or shares a bathroom and finally on what you want for breakfast e.g. none, continental or cooked breakfast. Standard bed & breakfast tariff

• Single occupancy: double / twin bedded room from £45 - £55 per night
• Double occupancy: double / twin bedded room from £55 - £65 per night
• Triple occupancy: double + single / 3 single bed ensuite room £65 - £75

Grand Prix weekend bed & breakfast tariff - 2 nights minimum

• Single occupancy: double / twin bedded room from £60 - £70 per night
• Double occupancy: double / twin bedded room from £75 - 85 per night
• Triple occupancy: double + single / 3 single bed ensuite room £90 - £100

B&B overnight stabling for horses costs £30 for the first night and £25 for subsequent nights including shavings bedding. With 8 acres of paddocks we can also provide tent pitches for campers during some concerts at the Bowl and the Silverstone Grand Prix weekend, when the B&B rooms are full, at £10 per head per night. We are very busy during the Silverstone Grand Prix weekend so if you need accommodation for the British Grand Prix please book early to avoid disappointment.

In summer guests can walk to Great Horwood village which has 2 pub restaurants, via the North Bucks Way footpath located at the end of our drive. We are ideally located for visitors to Silverstone British Grand Prix Motor Racing Circuit, Addington Manor Equestrian Centre, Milton Keynes Eventing Centre (MKEC), Towcester Race Course, Stowe School and Stowe Gardens. We are also ideally located for visitors to Silverstone Motor Racing Circuit, Addington Manor Equestrian Centre, Milton Keynes Eventing Centre, Towcester Racecourse, Bletchley Park, Stowe School and Gardens.

If traveling from the Milton Keynes direction, take the A421 west towards Buckingham. We are on the right after the B4033 roundabout before the Singleborough turn. From the Buckingham direction, take the A421 east towards Milton Keynes. We are on the left after the Thornton and Singleborough turns before the B4033 roundabout.
